Jasmine W. Was amazing. My daughter cried when she found out she had to get braces. Jasmine W came in and talk to her and made her feel so much better. She made a great impression on my baby because now she want her everytime she comes to a visit now. She also gave very great after care information. I made the right decision to go here. Definitely have an overall great staff team.

Jasmine W was amazing! She did a wonderful job making my daughter feel at ease while she got her braces installed. She paid close attention to the condition of her teeth, and she even catered to my daughter’s desire to “jazz up” the style and pattern on her braces! She was very polite and a joy to be around!

The staff here is always friendly. Every time I come they remember me by name and remember small details. I have the pleasure of having jasmine W assist me today And she was awesome.

My son Jay and I just love Ms Phyllis, Dr Carlo and staff! They go out of their way to assist my autistic child, yet still letting him feel independent. This is my second child in braces here, I'm always satisfied with the services we've received and I've recommended 5 people! Plus Dr Carlo was my orthodontist in 97!!

staff is very nice but the wait is usually ALWAYS long — they charge a late fee but whenever you do show up early or on time, you’re going to be waiting a good 30 minutes to an hour.
