Durant Road Pediatrics

This pediatrician’s office has been such a blessing to our family over the years. All the providers are so caring, attentive, and available at all times. We often need to be seen on the way to school and they get us in whenever we need. Dr. Arora has been immediately available to us on nights, weekends, holidays, etc and has always provided science based and helpful guidance. All the providers are wonderful, and I don’t know what I would do without this place!

It’s hard to only give 5 stars when I feel like Dr Arora and Durant Road Pediatrics deserves 100. I could write a three page review on how wonderful this practice is and I truly do owe it to them but I will keep it somewhat short and say I have never and I mean never trusted a doctor more than Dr Arora. I am not the easiest to please and I’m on the skeptical side..always. Dr Arora takes her time, (any time of day) to talk to me when I am concerned about either of my daughter’s health. This practice has ALWAYS been able to fit me in same day, they are always prompt and on time and I leave there feeling confident I got the best care. I'm very picky (critical) about medical providers, so I feel like it's almost a miracle that I've been taking my children here for almost 5 years and still love it. In fact, I like it more the longer I go. There is one MD, Dr. Aurora, and usually 2 NPs, and they are all great. I have 4 children, so I've seen all of them a bunch of times and they know me by now, I feel comfortable talking to them, and they treat each child/visit individually and with care even if it seems like a common symptom or problem. Dr. Aurora not only prescribes medicine, but will give suggestions for helping ailments naturally. When they are genuinely concerned about something it's clear, but at other times they are confident it's not a big deal and don't over medicalize. The NPs are very good about consulting with

We have been patients of Dr. Arora for over 5 years when my oldest daughter was born. She is absolutely amazing and the care we have received throughout all these years has been nothing short of outstanding (and I am quite a selective patient). The calls get answered right away, they have been ALWAYS able to accommodate my busy schedule when my girls are sick and we need to come in right away, they have allowed us to do alternative vaccine schedule, they respect my holistic approach and NEVER push antibiotics/medicine on my kids or making me feel pressured or guilty as a parent. They answered numerous after hours calls and went above and beyond helping us get my youngest daughter specialized formula during formula shortage.
