I've always had a great experience with this office. No problem getting my son in when needed.

I’m glad I made this switch. At my daughters old doctors I felt like I always had to put up a fight to get my daughter medicine when she would have an asthma flare up. Here I didn’t even need to ask or inform them that she has asthma because the other doctor read the chart. They are friendly and they make me feel like they really care about my child. When I needed to make an appointment I could of gotten in that same day. The staff is really nice and friendly.

After having multiple terrible experiences at our previous pediatricians office, dundee pediatrics has been fantastic! They are so great, not only with my kids but with us parents too. They make you feel like everything you say matters, take your thoughts and opinions into consideration and never make you feel dumb for asking questions. We are so happy we switched our kids to this office.

This place is amazing!! Being able to call for sudden symptom and getting my child in within the next 25 minutes after calling is THE BEST customer service and patient care in my book! Thank you for doing what you guys do, caring for your patients in the most empathetic way, squeezing us in literally last minute, you're truly wonderful!

I had to file bankruptcy and because of this bill I owed them they say I cannot bring my daughter back unless I pay it. If I'm not mistaken it's against the law to make me pay AFTER I was granted the bankruptcy. In addition I think it's discriminating not to accept my daughter back as a patient. All things aside ABSOLUTELY bull that this is the ONLY pediatrics in this town....... now every time we have to go out to canton center pediatrics which the doctors there are well worth the drive and have seen my daughter for free few times just because were willing to drive so far too see them.
