I visited Dr Steven Mather, spine surgeon, at this location. It was always easy to check in and get back to my appointment. Everyone seemed very nice, and the facility was certainly clean, efficient and well run. It was very easy to maintain communication with my health care team throught the DulyHealthCare Portal. I really liked the place and would choose it again if I needed medical help.

I just had my back surgery done today by Dr. Rinella and dr Welsch. The whole team was great. This is the first anesthesia that I didn’t have any side effects from. No nausea no vertigo nothing I went home and I’m just chilling watching Netflix. I’ve never experienced anything like that before when you can actually leave the hospital and you’re almost normal. Everything and everybody was very professional-top-notch. I highly recommend the clinic and team dr Anthony Rinella and dr Jason Welsch. They also have multiple locations like Lockport and Westmont.

Truly, working with Dr. Jialni was one of the best choices I have ever made. I had a prostate artery embolization procedure performed by Dr. Jilani in July 25’ to reduce my entire range of moderately severe symptoms of BPH. The alleviation of symptoms and improvement in lifestyle has been remarkable. The procedure itself was very tolerable and completely pain free. The recovery was only about a week with mild to moderate pain and discomfort which was easily managed. Two of my brothers and a close friend have had very positive results as well. Dr. Jilani is a highly skilled and compassionate physician. Every concern is explained very clearly in advance. His entire staff was extremely polite, considerate, and competent, from check in to discharge. Highly recommended!!

The Lab department management is unacceptable… Sitting here for the past 20 minutes because the labs are supposed to be open at 7 AM on a Saturday (which I fasted for this),and there no receptionist to check in on 1st floor. There is no lab tech upstairs. However, the building is wide open for anyone to walk in, bit there’s nobody there (I’m shouting “Hello,hello!” and no one is present. )So, I called the Duly main line and there was a lovely lady who tried to help me and figure out what to do, but ultimately there was no answer given for the lack of care, and no assurance that anyone was even on their way. Both Online and on all the building signs, the stated hours are 7 AM for lab work on a Saturday, and all the doors are open, yet there’s no personnel to assist you. I also see at least

Do not go here. Read negative reviews as they accurately reflect their absurd and scammy billing practices. I went for an annual physical that should have been covered yet was charged for it as Duly billed everything as diagnostic instead of preventative. My husband went to a different Duly location and wasn’t charged a thing for his physical (and he actually had a thorough examination as well), yet we’re under the same insurance. No attempts to contact them and get this sorted has been fruitful, they continue to lie saying they’re working on it and don’t do a thing. All this aside, the physical was hardly that!
