Dulles Dental Center

I’ve had the worst experience here. They overcharged me for a service that is covered by my insurance. I know everyone makes mistakes but this stands out because before they charged me I asked them why it’s so much and told them I’ve had the same insurance for 13 years and never had to pay that much and their response was my insurance covers 50% for that service they didn’t double check or anything they just said they charge 50%. Because they were confident I paid it but called my insurance right after who told me my coverage is 90% not 50%. So I told Dulles Dental and after over a month I still have not received my refund. I just wished they knew what they were doing. I am definitely won’t be back.

Dr. Murthy and her team are the best! My experience as a new patient after entering the office and having a typical 6-month standard cleaning and x-rays was excellent. Dr. Murthy and her team/staff/personnel are really nice, friendly and personable. Dr. Murthy performed the cleaning while one other person on her team helped with the suction device etc... Highly recommend and looking forward to future appointments/visits!

I never write Google Reviews, but Dulles Dental Center deserves 5 stars!! Dr. Lam is by far my favorite dentist I have ever had (and his assistant is wonderful as well)! He is so personable, knowledgeable, and helped me understand everything going on. I would recommend him to EVERYONE!!!!

The hygienist is great, but I am definitely not happy with their communication level , as my insurance with my ex employer expired and I still went there to show my loyalty as a customer, they later called me back and requested for a full payment for 500 for deep cleaning, not only that, when I assured them on the phone if this is the full payment for everything and they indicated YES, however 2 months later they called me back to request another payment for about 400 bucks for another basic cleaning. I don’t understand why their service is so poor and not aware of that, I feel bad for their loyal customers just because they are incapable of handling good communication in between them and insurance company. Very pathetic.

I've been coming to this dentist practice for over 30 years. Even after I started a family over an hour away, I just couldn't find another replacement that compared in care and professionalism. They are all like family, Dr. Lam has been caring for my husband and kid's dental health for over 10 years and we couldn't be in better hands.. every one of the staff is just amazing with the kids and very flexible. We actually look forward to our 6 month check ups! 😁👌
