Duke Urgent Care Harps Mill (North Raleigh)

This Urgent care is unbelievable. Clean and well staff with knowledge. Very professional on patient care. And myself being a Military Veteran. They will handle insurance and care for all Veterans. The photos posted shows how well this urgent care is. No personal allow to be in photos, which is understandable. I had a no- wait walk in appointment. This is my new urgent care! And the one in Youngsville is shut down for good. So if you need a urgent care place to go, this should be the one to look for. Many thanks!!

Fantastic service! I came in around 6pm and they seemed a bit busy. Sorfi, who checked me in, was so kind and informed me of their wait. Though they were busy at the end of the night, everyone was upbeat and smiling. Keri did my intake and xray and we had fun chats that helped me keep my mind off how I was feeling. Christine brought me to my room and made sure I was comfy while I waited for my provider. Lindsey, PA was thorough and listened well as I explained symptoms for two weeks. After her assessment and X-rays, she asked if certain medications helped for a cough before sending prescriptions. As I left feeling like I just got the royalty treatment, their other nurse, Fallon, and the rest of the staff I encountered wished me well and were just angels to me even at the end of their day.

I had a wonderful experience at Duke Urgent Care at Harps Mill. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly pleasant, professional, and kind. The nurses were attentive and made me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Mi-young Um was outstanding — she took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and treated me with genuine care and compassion. Its great to feel heard and supported in a medical setting. You can tell that the entire team truly cares about their patients. I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend

Great urgent care location. We rarely have to wait on the weekends and the most has been 45 minutes without an appointment. Making an appointment helps with the wait time, though, especially during the busy seasons. The staff have always been polite and caring. Both doctors that I have interacted with have been excellent. Dr. Huang is exceptional. She listens carefully and is deliberate with her recommendations. They can usually do X-rays onsite, which is helpful when one of the kids thinks they broke something (fingers crossed, the answer has always been "no" so far). With several kids at home, I feel like I should have a punch card for this place.

The purpose of this review is to commend the X-ray technologist, Shannon. She was professional, cordial, and exceptionally kind. I accompanied my parent, who uses a wheelchair, and Shannon demonstrated outstanding bedside manner, patient, respectful, and attentive to my parent’s mobility needs. She proceeded at a pace that ensured comfort and dignity throughout the process. The facility was well equipped, with wheelchairs readily available, an easy check-in process for both walk-ins and scheduled appointments, and an ample, comfortable waiting area.
