Duke Urgent Care Brier Creek

Excellent experience overall! Easily the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Every staff member was friendly, kind, and personable. The office and waiting room was very well kept and clean. I was a walk in with a room full of patients and was seen quickly, while still having more than enough time with my NP, Jessica.

I had a great experience at Duke Urgent Care in Brier Creek. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in, and the whole environment felt positive and welcoming. The waiting room was clean, organized, and comfortable, and my wait time was surprisingly short. Angela at the front desk deserves a special shout-out—she was so informative, professional, and genuinely friendly. Even while she was training Madison, she still made sure every patient felt taken care of. It was clear she knows her job well and cares about doing it right. Overall, excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I arrived at the Brier Creek Duke Urgent Care at 9:45 and was on my way, with amazing care, by 10:30. The front desk staff was extremely kind - Alyssa was so sweet and caring while she checked me in! I saw Dr. Nielsen and she was AMAZING! She heard my concerns and addressed the problem quickly. She was so gentle and thorough with her exam and took extra care to explain my options and provide me with the best care possible. I will absolutely go back in the future!

Appreciate Dr. Laura K Hardin-Lee - she has always been very thorough with the two urgent care visits I've had here. I actually traveled 20 mins. to this urgent care versus the one closest to me because I had a more positive experience at this one.
