I had an extremely disappointing experience at Duke Primary Care Blue Ridge with Rosemary Zelenyak, FNP and Dr. Christina Anderson. As an established patient and a healthcare professional, I came prepared with detailed concerns about persistent fatigue and joint pain and requested appropriate lab testing through MyChart — a standard communication tool used in patient care. Instead of receiving thoughtful engagement, my request was dismissed, and I was told via chart note that it was “not reasonable” to request testing without an appointment. This language — which was not even discussed with me directly — was inaccurately documented in my record and reflects a lack of respect and collaboration. I have phone called this clinic about four or five times in order for my colonoscopy request to be sent to my network facility since after 5/8 and as of today it never happened. I don’t know what is the Delma for this to be done correct and on time!

Well I normally don’t like to post negative reviews however I just have to voice my dissatisfaction! ** I will start with the positive experience first** Dr. Jones is by far the best doctor. She listens and explains everything in great detail. She takes her time at each and every appointment and if you forget something while at your visit you are welcome to email her and she is very responsive always.
