Dr. Lightner was very attentive and answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with the procedures she did. Dr. Lightner cares about her patients. She had injured her foot over a week ago and was limping and wearing a boot on it. (Can you imagine what turmoil it would cause to have to reschedule even one day's patients if she didn't come in to the office!) Josh and Niya at the front desk were very pleasant! I was a new patient and was seen promptly. A very positive experience. Thank you all. Pam

It took 6 months to get an appointment where I was hoping to get something removed. During my visit I was told they couldn’t do that this visit and I’d have to make another appointment (more money). I did get a mole removed and with insurance it was over $700. For one mole! The front staff have been helpful and the nurse was too. The financial department did not return my call after a week wait. If you have oodles of money I’m sure this place will work for you. Unfortunately I’m still paying off hospital bills from having a baby.

Front desk is unprofessional and obnoxious, making the patients the butt of their not-that-funny jokes. Probably not well trained on etiquette in a medical office and need some more excitement - I get it. Dr. Lightner is great, but there was a long delay. I came in for a 9am appointment, but waited until after 10am to see the doctor. There are definitely better places to go.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Lightner for years and have had melanoma twice. I called Jan 2023 to schedule an appt with her to look at some concerning lesions. Since a few years have passed since I’ve been in, I’m now considered a “new” patient. Frustrating yes, but what can I do? I didn’t complain, just grabbed the first available with an NP (but ended up needing to reschedule right after I set it up). Since Dr Lightner knows my history, I decided it made more sense to wait for her first available instead (even though the wait would be 6 months out). Fast forward to today, I called to confirm my upcoming appt and I was told I do not have an appt with Dr Lightner. I have an appt with an NP. That it would be April 2025 before Dr Lightner could see me. Were it not for the attitude of th

I had a missed call on Friday from this business. I called back to see what it was about. I had 2 family members die in a fire this morning, and the lady that spoke to me on the phone was less than pleasant, kept cutting me off, told me I could NOT schedule an appointment and was not even trying to find out why I was called to begin with. A little compassion goes a long was in this world. You never know what someone is dealing with. I really do not appreciate the way I was spoken to or the lack of empathy for the call. Today begins national SKIN CANCER AWARENESS MONTH, and this is how you treat people? Come on now, lets do better.
