Due West Orthodontics: Dr. Ashley Smith

We’ve always had great service here, but I especially wanted to recognize Dr. Smith and the office manager, Paul. During a recent season where my daughter was dealing with some health issues and needed additional scans, they truly went above and beyond to accommodate us. They were patient, understanding, and worked with us in ways they absolutely didn’t have to — and that meant so much to our family. Most recently, Yvonne and Tamara assisted my daughter, and they were incredibly kind and gentle with her. They made her feel comfortable and cared for, and did an amazing job. We are so grateful for a team that not only provides excellent orthodontic care, but also genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommend!

Today was my last appointment and as I drove away, I thought "I will really miss the staff." So kind, patient and caring. The office has such a family feel that really made the process easy. Nothing is forced, they genuinely care and I love that!! Dr. Ashley listens and provides options with expectations. Due West Orthodontics is the best! I always have a great experience from check-in to receiving care from the orthodontic assistants & Dr. Smith. This was my last official appointment after receiving treatment for Invisalign & I had the best experience with Marketta! She was so personable and kind! We were referred to Dr. Smith by our pediatric dentist, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. Two of my children and I started our braces treatment here a few weeks ago, and everything has been wonderful. Glennette and Yvonne were incredibly kind and professional. They made my kids feel completely at ease. The entire team is friendly, welcoming, and always on time. They’ve answered all of my (many!) questions with patience and detail. Highly recommend!

Due west orthodontic has been the best experience for my daughter getting her braces on, they are so friendly, the office is clean, the go above and beyond! My daughter had a wire poking out and that was causing her discomfort, we called the office on a Friday , they had us in right away after hours with Yuonne, she was amazing and fast!
