Dublinair Nursing Home

You call and can't hardly get anybody to the phone my sister is in there, and what I do know I don't appreciate how she is treated. Because half the time they don't give her her medicine because she's in the wrong state of mind and won't take it so they just don't give it to her. Then she's so far down till they have to send her to the hospital and then that's when they contact the family. They supposed to be a rehab place ?

If I could give zero stars I would. My mother was a patient here for about 2 weeks. The staff didn't care one bit about anyone's health. They leave people soiled for hours then once they come to help they demean the patients. I could go on and on about the horrible treatment that my mother had to receive. I have never seen her so broken ans upset. She will NEVER be going there again. PLEASE if you love your family members choose somewhere else.

Just had my mother enter the facility for rehab and the experience was excellent. They received her with loving care and made her feel welcome immediately. The attention to her needs in the first two weeks has been superior and the rehab has been provided with getting her better as the objective and done in an efficient manner. Highly recommend the Dublinaire.

Please, Please don't take your love ones to this nursing facility unless you are ready to say your goodbyes. This place don't care about their patients at ALL. My mother was here twice and both times her experience was HORRIBLE. Sitting in a soaked diaper for hours. Bed not straighten and room filthy. Nurses and CNA'S LAZY. lazy!!

We had the worst care at Dublinair for my grandmother. They were NEGLIGENT to the utmost. She didn't get the proper fluid intake. She can drink on her own but someone needs to help hold the cup. Family visits nearly every day and the nursing home still could not do their job! They didn't so that she had enough to drink. She ended up dehydrated and a septic UTI. She nearly died. I hope someone can get that nursing home back on track. Right now it should be CLOSED.
