Duane Reade Pharmacy

The worst run pharmacy. Who ever is running this place needs to get serious training or replaced. No one has a clue what’s happening, they don’t update you in any prescriptions, you can’t call because you will spend 15-20 mins waiting and then the phone rings, they pick up and hang up. You have to go in person which is another nightmare of a wait and confusion and angry people waiting just to get an update. Absolutely shocking, people behind the counter moving slower than sloths, very difficult to understand the operation and logistics behind the counter. Then again, there probably isn’t even a system. Corporate send help to this place.

Called to switch prescriptions to this store. Was on hold for 45 minutes before they hung up on me. Guess I won’t be switching.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Zero stars if I could. If you call they will not pick up. 50/50 on whether they fill your prescription correctly and in a timely manner. If you have any health issues DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY they do not care.

Great variety, good prices, clean store

I like this store very much. Prices are reasonable and staff is nice.
