My kid is happy, but she didn't let take a picture of her;))) Clean place, hard working staff. Can't wait to see the results of the treatment, it's gonna be a long year, but it's worth it. Doctor Lauren is amazing professional, thank you!

I just had my debonding today and was a little nervous but Dr. Lauren and staff were so friendly and nice. I appreciate Dr. Lauren listening to my wants and needs when it came to how I wanted my teeth to look. She listened when I said no extractions and found another work around. She kept my smile natural looking when she smoothed and polished and I am extremely happy. If my children ever need treatment I will be coming to Dual Image.

Terrible Customer Service at Reception My experience at this clinic was very disappointing, mainly because of the receptionist’s attitude. She is extremely rude and unfriendly, lacking basic manners and professionalism when dealing with patients. From the moment you walk in, you feel unwelcome, as if you’re bothering them instead of being a valued customer. It’s unacceptable for a place that deals with the public to have someone like that as the first point of contact. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Dual Image was/is my first orthodontist experience and every time I’ve gone it’s always been a positive environment/Experience! The entire staff is excellent, but today I was helped but Grace who was extremely sweet, well-mannered, and helped me understand everything I was getting done today. Dr.B is always wonderful and really helps make sure things are well explained, and I leave with no doubts! Nothing but good things to say about this place; I would recommend anyone to Dual Image!

Good day to all but I was referred by my sons dentist and to make a long story short my been coming to Dual Image Orthodontics since June of last year he was nervous about getting braces but the Doctor and staff made him feel so welcome that he said he forgot the butterflies in his stomach and it was over quicker that he thought it would be so thanks again for always giving great service,,,,,,,T,Carr
