Customer Reviews
My dry eyes have never felt better! Dr. Ramsower and her staff are awesome! The various treatments made a major difference and were totally worth the cost. I’ve been to multiple eye doctors and tried every supplement out there with varied, mediocre results but absolutely nothing like this. My eyes haven’t felt this good in ~30 years and I’m only 51! Long wait list but worth the wait, highly recommend.
If you are a chronic sufferer of DED, there is no doctor I would recommend more than Dr. Ramsower. She and her team go full in-depth to check out your eyes and determine the cause of your dry eyes. She is very thorough and transparent with her patients and is good at explaining the details involved about your eyes in a way that is easy and simple to understand. She is not dismissive and is patient. Although my insurance could not cover the visit and I had to pay out of pocket, I believed it was fully worth it to get the treatment that is now helping me substantially more in my daily life.
My first visit at the Dry Eye Center of Florida in Melbourne. Very friendly staff, ready to help and listen. Dr Jenifer Ramsower treated me with respect. She took her time to answer questions and provided me with a treatment plan. This was the best experience I had.
Referred my grandmother to a retina doctor for strokes when she has glaucoma and has no retina issues. Charged $125 for a test and told her the dry eyes is helping her cornea which makes absolutely no sense. Sold her a $45 product which did not help. Please go to your elderly parents and grandparents appointments with them so they don’t get ripped off, told invalid false information and get taken advantage of by people like this optometrist. Just because someone has initials after their last name doesn’t mean they always have your best interest at heart. Always check if their license is valid and if they have any complaints with the proper licensing boards.
Everyone at Dry Eye Center of Florida was kind, considerate, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything was explained thoroughly and completely. Extensive testing - like I have never had. I am so truly grateful to finally find an eye place that wants to get down to the bottom of things and really help. Thank you to all of you for doing SUCH A WONDERFUL JOB EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! IF I COULD GIVE YOU MORE THAN 5 STARS, I WOULD!
