Drugbuddies Pharmacy

I tried to call in this evening to briefly talk about my courier services that I offer . The man that answered the phone was completely rude & hung up on my face . That’s no way to do business or even show customer service to someone who couldve potetional customer. Please be humble & do better 🙏🏿🙏🏿

Drug Buddies has filled my prescriptions for about 2 years.The pharmacist have communicated with me and went above and beyond to provide my prescriptions timely, assuring that I could take my prescriptions as directed. The pharmacists have always been cordial and Informative. Everyone that I have spoken with has attempted to answer any questions or resolve any issues I had.

This man told me that in order for my husband to get his prescription from him he would have to pay $800 for his oxycodone script. This is beyond a ripoff! I will be reporting this pharmacy. The only reason that my husbands doctor referred us to this pharmacy is because our original pharmacy could not fill our script due to it being on back order. But $800 should be ILLEGAL! And then had the nerve to say with the most arrogant manner, “If you can’t afford it, go back to Kroger” which made me think how in the hell is he getting away with ripping off tax paying citizens like this???

Very professional and courtesy.Had a package delivered but Amazon app kept saying was on the way.decide to call drug buddies showed my ID gentleman allowed me to get my coat he just asked me to call back when I got the code from Amazon .I did. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THANKS DARRELL

Very rude! Lied about not taking insurance because he is money hungry!!! Definitely reporting him
