DrugBox Pharmacy

Drugbox is a great pharmacy , has great staff and an amazing pharmacist. They have a lot of good products to choose from and the pharmacy is always clean and smells amazing too.

The person in the register was very rude, would not order my prescription and told me to go to Walgreens, which I did. She didn’t like the fact that I told her that my medication is never in stock and it’s always late. Not the first time they messed up my prescription and she didn't feel a need to apologize. My 80 year mother went there a few weeks ago and they had inappropriate music playing very loudly. When my mother said something they were very disrespectful and rude. They started out as very friendly and professional, its a shame that this is the way they treat their customers.

After Rite Aid closed this place was a great alternative but now they’re closing and they’ve sent all prescriptions to some random pharmacy 30 minutes away from co-op city. Yay!

From the first prescription we filled these guys have been truly amazing. Always professional, courteous and ready to help. My daughters formula is difficult to find in these big pharmacies but they found it for us and have been delivering it for the past five months. I can’t say enough about their service. They didn’t have a particular medication in stock and one of the guys went as far as trying to find it in other pharmacies. I will not go anywhere else.

This pharmacy is amazing. They have organic products that I use AND if they don’t have it, they will order it. They’ve opened the store to make sure I can get medicine I need, plus they love my dog. From the cashier to the pharmacist and owner, everyone is like family. It’s like no other experience. These guys will be my pharmacy forever!
