Guy working here has such a great attitude and is very understanding and overall just a great guy. Sadly my urine didn't smell right so it was unusable? but he was ready with other alternatives and helpful and friendly throughout the entire time.

Great courteous and quick service. Small facility with one bathroom and four chairs in the waiting room. There was no wait, and I was in and out in about ten minutes. The instructions were clearly given, and I received confirmation from the employer that the representative had emailed the results within 20 minutes of the sample. This was my first urinalysis outside of the military, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it all came out ok (pun intended). Thanks!

Came in last week for a urine test. The man who did my test smelt my urine for about 2 minutes straight before actually testing it, and from what I have heard he’s done this to other customers as well. He speaks so loudly for everyone in waiting room to know your results (I shouldn’t know the results of a test for the person who went before me) and even talks about people’s results in front of other waiting customers. Very unprofessional and disgusting. Would love to get a corporate number to call if possible. Edit to reply: I didn’t fail my test nor was I asked to come back for an observed UA lol. I passed my test and left and after that experience I won’t be back. You must have me mistaken with someone else whose urine you’ve smelt for as long as you did mine. Also isn’t the temperature

Was recommended to me by a driver friend of mine, went in to check myself before a job interview, It was quick but felt a bit rushed. The location was trashy, and the guy was short and rude. He did tell me a few things to do before my employment drug test to help me pass, so that was nice. Edit after employee response: I believe you have me confused with someone else, as I sat outside for 15 minutes waiting for my Uber and it was a full 5 minutes before a woman went in. There was also zero issue or conversation about a mask policy, especially since I am a huge supporter and advocate for the wearing of masks... Perhaps it is another individual you were short and rude with that you are thinking of?
