Drug Rite Pharmacy

I Have been with this pharmacy from the beginning of them opening.☺So Grateful and Thankful for their Personal Care from the employees to receiving information about medication and knowledge of prescription. The delivery of medication and supply. So Blessed to have them in our COMMUNITY.

No one at the counter. Then it's a sign that say (If nobody there please don't yell or bang on counter? Be patient unilt someone Arrival.) I stood there about 15mintues before I'll got help.

Please check your receipt and make sure they are giving you the sale price before you leave the store. They run things on sale and they don't mark the price on the item or know what's on sale. And then when you point out the mistake they want to play dumb and want to keep your receipt. They are very crooked and they should be ashamed of the stealing/ overcharging the customers for things they put on sale. Very poor customer service and rude employees. I also see employees not wearing mask.

I had such a terrible at this place today. The cashier deals with the non-pharmacy products had a disgusting attitude to me and other costumers. Don't spend your money where you can at least be treated with respect. The cashier was very unprofessional and rude. Won't return to this place. Will rate it a 0 if I had the option just beacuse of the poor costumer service I had.

I've had several incidents of them not being able to refill prescriptions with no courtesy call. Billing me for medicine I didn't receive. Mr. Santos was professional and as accomodating as he could be. None the less i will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau and any other applicable establishment.
