I am leaving this review to highlight a serious medication access issue that patients should be aware of. I had prescribed medications confirmed as received by the pharmacy, including an emergency-room prescription. I was explicitly told the medications were received and would be filled. Despite this confirmation, the medications were not delivered and were missing, leaving me without prescribed treatment. This was not a matter of insurance denial or prescriber error — the pharmacy confirmed receipt and filling, yet the medications were never dispensed. When patients are told a prescription is filled and it is not provided, it creates a dangerous gap in care, especially for emergency or time-sensitive medications. I love this pharmacy, the staffs are all very kind and helpful no matter what. I have years using their services and cannot complain. There has been time that I get really ill and can't pick up my medications, they'll be kind enough to deliver it to me at no extra charge. When I walk in everyone is always smiling and making me feel welcome, unlike other pharmacies I've seen where they will try to sell you things you don't actually need, based on my experience, they are quite the opposite and also work fast. I have to say that the customer experience I had today with a female on the phone today was not very helpful. I was told that the location closes at 7pm. However when I arrived at 6:45pm the location was already closed. If the individual would have told me they were closing earlier I would have appracited the honesty. Please this is in mind for another encounter with a customer.
