Be prepared to not be greeted, or or treated with professionalism if you don’t speak Spanish. Be prepared to be treated rudely and dismissively. I watched as everyone who spoke Spanish was given a smile, and a courteous demeanor as they approached the counter. One after the other, they were engaged with and greeted. As soon as I, a black person, walked ip to the desk, the man behind the counter’s face dropped, and he looked away, to his left. Looked at me again, then looked to his right. There didn’t seem to be anything pressing to his right. There was another worker about 15 feet away, on a separate computer. But, they were doing what they had been doing. Why look over there twice now? This is actually a tactic racist people use. A “make them wait,” tactic. Used often by customer service

By far the friendliest and most helpful people work here, form the ladies in the front to the pharmacist. I take a 120 mile trip every month from PA, to pick up my mess there. Of course I call ahead of time, but I've never had a problem, and the one or two times I did, knowing how far I had traveled they went out their way to help me.

Drug Depot is hands down the BEST pharmacy in the Neighborhood. Not only do they have great customer service, The Pharmacists and their staff are super knowledgeable. My family has been going to them for over 12 years. I wouldn't trade them for anyone else.

I remember when this pharmacy first opened. They were so enthused. So was I. They are calm and keep the store calm. There used to be a blood pressure machine there too which was clean. All in all they are nice and quick and deliver.

Great pharmacy friendly and nice staff! I was with another pharmacy that didn’t have a. Medication so I went looking for another pharmacy and ran across the Drug Depot and as soon as I got in there I knew this was the right pharmacy to me. Great staff!! Keep up the good work 🌟
