I’d heard about Drug City Pharmacy and Liquor and finally had to see it for myself—and I’m glad I did. This place is a hidden gem in Baltimore. The selection is impressive, with everything from everyday staples to harder-to-find bottles. The staff was friendly, fellow patrons were plesant (I mean...it is called Charm City) one lady told me that "Moonshine is just what the doctor ordered"🤣🤣🤣🤣. Nice vibe from the moment I walked in. One thing to note: allocated bourbons are available for purchase, but only if you have a Drug City Customer Card with points—a nice perk for regulars. Why haven't I been here sooner?? 😭 My husband and I spent several hours at Drug City, perusing the liquors, the general store, and then enjoying food, drinks, and several pours of bourbon. The liquor store has an amazing selection of whiskey + pretty solid options for both tequila and beer. Rum options weren't diverse enough for tiki cocktails, but it will do the job for the average buyer. We left with a cartful of bottles. 👍 My husband and I split a Reuben + milkshake. The sandwich hit the spot. The chocolate malt milkshake was to DIE for + the homemade chips were shockingly good! 💕 I tried the cowboy ranch flavor at staff's recommendation + love that the chips were really generously seasoned. Wife's grandparents lived in Dundalk and she came here as a kid. We met up for lunch with family At The Fountain at Drug City inside the store. What a cool place. Highly recommended if you are in the area. Chuck the bartender was amazing. Food was superb. Gteat selection of booze and friendly helpful staff.

Consistently one of the best liquor stores. Great craft beer selection with options available to make your own six pack. Older woman who works the counter on the liquor store side is also always polite.

Wish I could give 0 stars!!! Ever since they sold the place, it has gone downhill!!! VERY RUDE pharmasist named "Melissa" (if that's even her real name), was snarky in tone of voice and not helpful at all. She also instructed workers to NOT give out her last name and said I could not get perscriptions filled there anymore after being a customer for years. She raised her voice and got smart with me when I asked why my prescription was not filled properly. NO ONE consulted with me prior to filling it, that brand names were not covered by my insurance, after my doctor specifically stated "brand name only" due to the poor quality of generic lately, and it not working as it should. My doctor stated other patients had similar complaints. Not being concerned with customer's frustration is
