As a person who hates going to the dentist, this dentistry works hard to make you feel calm and comfortable. Dr. Banks makes sure to explain what she will be doing and all of my options for treatment. Taylor was great during my most recent emergency visit.

Just had to post after my dental appointment today with Dr Jessica Smith. For some reason I developed an intolerance to chemicals & certain smells. I had two fillings that needed replacing. I did well until the glue. Was not aware this had to be used. Anyway I think it was the culprit. Dr Smith was so patient & kind giving me a blanket, lots of water & plenty of time to get myself together. She even called after I left to check on me. She and her assistants were outstanding! If I could I would give a 10 star rating!!

Saw Dr. Bob Quilez as a new patient after breaking a tooth and it was a great experience. Scheduling was quick and easy, procedure was smooth and comfortable. Dr. Quilez is an artist and master of his craft. I appreciate everything about this practice down to the office staffing and decor. Good vibes there.

Absolutely the best experience. Dental care has not been my priority in many years. I recommend this office to any person that may have a fear of dentists. Kind, gentle and thoughtful staff. Fantastic dentist, dental assistants and dental hygienists. Took the fear of going to the dentist away. Several fillings, one root canal two crowns and a bridge. Thank you all for my great smile.

I have been going to Dr's. Oley and Quilez for 10 years and they are simply the best in RVA. The staff is friendly and attentive and I always leave feeling great. However, the main reason I'd never go elsewhere is the trust I have in these dentists to do the best thing for my teeth. Dr. Quilez has always provided me with an honest and pragmatic approach to any treatment decision. Meaning, they won't push any treatment on you that you don't need.
