Dr. Marco is hands down the best pediatrician that I could have found for my daughter. The new, young ladies at the front desk are so sweet and helpful. The medical assistants, nurses, and PAs are amazing! They are so good at what they do. They always make my daughter feel comfortable and make sure to get through shots and finger pricks quickly but efficiently. This is probably one of the best run doctor's offices I've ever come across. The entire staff works so well together and you can tell they truly enjoy their profession. Thank yall for all your hard work and for always taking care of my baby!

​1 Star – Gross Negligence and Fraudulent Billing ​I am beyond appalled by the experience my daughter and I had at Dr. Marco Pediatrics. We brought her in specifically for a fever, yet the Medical Assistant failed to check her vitals entirely. Even more alarming, the doctor—unaware that current data was missing—informed us her vitals were "good," only for me to realize he was looking at records from a previous visit. Relying on outdated medical data for a sick child is dangerously negligent. ​Furthermore, the staff documented that we "denied lab work," despite labs never being mentioned or offered to us. I have been taking my grandson to Dr Marco since he was born. I have to say that I really appreciate his staff especially Carlos. He has always been very attentive to my grandson and makes him feel comfortable. Mind you my grandson is only 9 months. Carlos keep doing the wonderful job you are doing. You are great at what you do.

In 2019, this place used to be wonderful. Dr. Lopez and the staff were great ever since my kids were born. Until 6 months ago. My kids developed a cough, and it lasted over a few months. It was frustrating coming here every other week trying to figure out what my kids had. Every visit, another doctor or pa would say, "Everything came out negative. Just keep giving the Bromphen we prescribed, and their cough will go away eventually. " Tell me why it took my son to get a 104 fever the next day to where I had to rush him from school to urgent care and then found out he had severe pneumonia? He was almost hospitalized. I went in as a walk in to get a check up for my baby,around 11:30 and I know they close at 12 for there lunch hour but rude receptionist told me that they aren't going to take anymore patients. Are you kidding me? They need to retrain their receptionist or something. This is outrageous. Then is it really a walk in pediatrician when they aren't taking walk ins?
