Terrible bedside manner. He made a backhanded compliment basically stating I had ugly feet. I wasn't mature enough to understand the audacity of the unprofessionalism i was experiencing. He made my small bunion 3x's bigger than it was. Two of my smaller toes are crooked. I've had to endure 4 more surgeries just to "fix" what he'd done with the right foot and I still have to endure more surgeries on the left. I wish I'd never stepped foot into his office or should I say basement of his home. I should've known better considering the front desk lady was always moody, short and rude. I had a terrible experience at this office with Dr. Villanueva and staff. I do not recommend 0/10. Even if I wasn't your patient, you have no empathy or compassion for the experience. Dr. Villanueva and his staff are very professional and friendly. I have been with him for years and will continue to stay with his office as long as possible. I have 2 other family members going to him now on my recommendation. He does take Keystone First at this time. I would recommend him to others. He truly cares about his patients.

I have been going to Dr. Villanueva for over 3 years. I go every 3 months for my plantar fasciitis and at times I need a cortisone shot. I find him extremely pleasant, gentle and knowledgeable. His staff is only 2, so I know they are very busy, but I have never felt ignored or rude behavior- just all business.
