Timeless Smiles

In late September 2025, I began dental work at Timeless Smiles on an existing tooth that was covered with a gold crown. Upon removal of the gold crown, the staff proceeded to give me the gold crown and advised me to take the crown to either a pawn or jewelry shop for gold value evaluation. At age 84, I have had my fair share of gold crown removals and this is the first time, a dental practice advised me of turning in my gold crown for cash. I truly appreciated their honesty and professionalism in dealing with me in this particular case. Also, every subsequent appointment I had was handled with the same level of care and professionalism. I don't know if most people look forward to going to the dentist, but I genuinely do. I don't think that that speaks to anything unique about my personality so much as just how pleasant my experiences have been at Timeless Smiles. First, stepping into the office feels like stepping into a time capsule; like "Cheers," it's "where everybody knows your name." I'm not kidding that everyone who works there, from the reception desk to the exam rooms, remembers things about me from one visit to the next that I sometimes can't even recall having shared with them previously. They ask about my pets, what I thought about my favorite music artist's new album, so on and so forth. These days, how many healthcare offices have that level of charm where you feel valued as a person, not just a patient?

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Yesle Kim Traband and her team at Timeless Smiles! She takes the time to explain everything, always makes sure you’re comfortable, and delivers amazing results. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. The entire team is warm, professional, and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. The office is clean, modern, and the quality of care is outstanding. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dental experience!
