Dr. Popper’s office is amazing from the minute you walk through the door. Very professional and friendly staff, great with children and great service. The office is clean and organized. I had a horrible and rather odd experience with the woman who makes appointment there. I hope Dr Popper was not behind this. If yes, then parents, avoid this place at all cost! We were going to bring all my three kids to see Dr Popper to get evaluated for tongue tie and lip tie. My youngest one was only one month old. They booked us at 4:30pm one day. They close at 5pm. I raised my concern about the time since we have 3 kids over the phone but the lady said it’s no problem. The little one decided to have a prolonged feeding that day. So we left the house 15 minutes later than we should have. If the appointment was earlier during the day, I wouldn’t even call them. But since it was close to the end of their business day, so we called 10 minutes after we hit the road. That was the most pecu
