Very pleasant experience starting with the ladies at the front desk. Every encounter has been phenomenal and very efficient. I was shown patience and everyone was extremely empathetic toward my daughter who was in tears (at the thought of going into middle school with braces) BEFORE we left dream smiles. They made her feel better and more confident about the entire process with redirecting her attention to results oriented. High recommend.

I always have a quick and simple appointment. Ismail has been my favorite so far. He is nice, quick and very chill which I like. He explains things well as well as the other staff. Great place to get your braces put on. I also like Karina. She made my putting (braces) on experience really simple and quick.
