Office receptionist very unprofessional. Tried to get an appointment for a home care visit. Made client and caregiver feel like we were a bother because we called a few times with no solution or a date. She told us weeks ago she would let us know. I find that to be quite unacceptable. We've been waiting patiently for an appt. She repeated that she has told us that three times, as if she was reprimanding us for calling to inquire. We do understand the backup because of our snowfall. But how long do we have to wait, until spring or summer? If you don't get a call back within a reasonable period you assume the Receptionist forgot us. It was a legitimate reason to call. If in home care is no longer available or impossible, then please just be upfront, polite and say you are more able to get a

5 -22-2023 got a appt. same day and was pleased with my office visit as the issue was resolved and explained in detail and treated excellent.

I am terrified of needles in my toe, Dr. Vanderlyke was absolutely pain free. He no longer makes me afraid of having foot procedures done!!!

Great doctor .took away my foot pain. Highly recommend
