Dr Billy’s. Is a wonderful person and doctor in the late 90s my Dad came to her and had a wound that would not close. She found out it was agent orange exposure that helped give my Dad years of life. I am happy to have know her and even more happy to be a patient of hers now in my mid 30s. Wonderful lady and fabulous Dr.
