Place is simply amazing the staff are all great very friendly and understanding. I came in as an adult patient with a jaw/tooth infection and was dreading going to the ER I'm glad I chose Drakos. I was in and out and they served me well. I'm grateful for this place and being able to get by until I can get into a dentist thank you for helping me Drakos 🤝☺️

This place is truly amazing. We have come here twice for issues with my son within the 2 years hes been born and both times they have just gone above and beyond. Fairly quick response time, especially for a walk in urgent care. Caring, respectful, knowledgeable workers who truly make you feel like they care. They were so patient with my son who has autism and was completely losing his mind and fighting everything. They took the time to let him calm a little, they were careful and respectful of him pushing away, and extremely respectful of asking me how much I wanted to put him through. I can't say enough good things about this place and I cant tell you how much it warms my heart to know theres a group of medical professionals who actually CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!! ❤️ I will never bring

I used to go to Well Now and as of a few months ago went to Drakos at the recommendation of my daughter, and will never go to Well Now again. The staff at Drakos is always very kind and accommodating. My last visit, I really appreciated the staff letting me know there was an emergency that came in and they apologized that it may take a few minutes to get to me. They valued me that much. I've waited sick for over an hour at Well now and they did not value me as the staff at Drakos does. I recommend Drakos to everyone.

The NP here does not know a rash from a mosquito bite ... literally. I took my 3 year old there late October bc she woke up with a weird rash on the back of both knees. I explained that last year she had a rash that preceeded a fever and we wound up in the emergency department. The blonde NP says it's just mosquito bites. No one else in our home had anything, but she insisted that was all it was. Next day, my toddler had a sky high fever. Gave this place another chance (my mistake) and went last Sunday bc my toddler had been in screaming pain from her left ear, had been complaining of headaches all week, and had a low grade fever. A different provider said she didn't see anything, could be her teeth, so we left. Went back today, exactly a week later, bc she still has fever, except its much

I have taken all of my children to Drakos over the years and have had great experiences between exceptional care and minimal wait times. My last encounter with my <1 yr old was nothing short of disheartening. His history included fever and positive family member exposure to flu. The provider who never introduced herself (and was not wearing a name tag) entered the exam room and listened to his lungs and asked the nurse to get “dex” which is a steroid. She then proceeded to say she will order RSV/flu swab and send in tamiflu. That’s it and walked out. No discussion of the diagnosis/treatment plan let alone what she found on visit findings. When I asked the nurse why he was getting a steroid (aka dex) she said because of inflammation. I requested the provider to come back in the room to furt
