I have been a patient of Draisin Vision for many, many years. I’ve always been happy with my care there. The staff has always been professional and caring. Recently I had a serious issue with one of my eyes and they were on top of everything with referrals and follow up for care. The front desk staff is always friendly and even witty at times! Lol! Check in is easy and so is checkout. Whitney Atkinson is always helpful and professional. If I ever lose a receipt, I call the office, speak to Whitney and after researching it, she has it emailed to me within a day. The customer service I have received over the years has been excellent.

Draisin Vision was a wonderful experience. From the start of the appointment with Anna who was kind, patient and helpful with me with the intake forms, to Dawn who did my pre screenings and finishing up with Dr Zolman. They were also kind and thorough. The rest of the staff in between was also pleasant. One thing that I admired most was the care that they provide to children and those with special needs. Those children were happy being there which says a lot.

I made an appointment and walked in very nervous. I’ve never had an eye exam before. I was kindly greeted at the front desk by Anna. She was smiling, kind , friendly, caring and immediately put me at ease. She showed me around and introduced me to my examiner. Let me say folks , you can’t put a price tag on quality people. I’ve been going to Draison Group for over 10 years. Staff is top notch especially Susan who has chosen my glasses every year since. She’s knowledgeable, professional, has great taste, and one of the nicest people I’ve met. I’ll be a customer for years to come!
