Shannon is AMAZING! She does a great job and just continues to get better and better over the years. I was one of her first ‘clients’ many years ago, then had her do my eyeliner again about 7 years ago. Just saw her last week and she did my eyebrows and eyeliner and I LOVE them! Highly recommend.
