Dr.Adrian Sanchez

Unfortunately Dr. Sanchez sold the practice earlier this year of 2025 and since then things have become all about $$$. They now insist on payment up front based on what they estimate- not on the Explanation of benefit from the insurance company. They also want to charge for cleaning, which is not correct at least with my insurance. Here’s the new release. My experience- filled out check in paperwork and was waiting for a cleaning when the receptionist insisted I pay an outstanding balance. I said that I never saw a bill from them or an explanation of benefits from my insurance saying to pay anything. She called the office manager Nicole Hudgins. After 20 minutes of waiting Nicole said they would check the bill and that I could be seen. Then after another 5 minutes they told me the hygieni

My family and I have been going to Dr. Sanchez office for many years now. I always appreciate the friendly and communicative staff at the front desk during each visit. I also enjoyed every dental hygienist and doctor I’ve had if it wasn’t Dr. Sanchez himself. I appreciate how they always make conversation and check in on their patients, not all places do that as I experienced with my orthodontist office. Thank you and keep up the great work :)

During my last appointment I had to wait over an hour to be seen. They took me back and I sat in the chair for another 20 minutes before being seen. I am currently at my appointment and have already been waiting for half an hour. This is the last appointment I will have with this office. Dr. Sanchez is a wonderful dentist but I will not continue to wait such extended periods of time to be seen. Also, the receptionist takes personal phone calls while at her desk instead of inquiring about how much longer patients will have to wait. I had to go behind the door to get her attention and only then she checked how much longer. I have been coming here for about 10 years and this office use to be wonderful. The staff no longer cares about patients.

I've been going here for a few years now and this office has been really great for getting me back on track with my teeth. Dr. Sanchez is very straightforward and will let you know exactly what you need to do. If you do what he says, you'll have great teeth. That simple. They've been nothing but professional and kind in the entire time I've been going there, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I have never set foot into this office but based on the way that my husband's appointment was handled I never will. We were assigned to this office by my insurance with my new employer. My husband needed to be seen for an emergency appointment to remove a cracked tooth. He was told that his name wasn't on the roster to be a patient and he would have to wait until 4/10. I confirmed this information with the insurance company and they called the office to confirm his coverage. The office still wouldn't schedule an appointment for him. When my husband called on 4/11 he was told they don't have a roster and he didn't know what he was talking about. When he tried to schedule an appointment they hung up on him. This is a very unprofessional practice. Find somewhere else to go.
