I’ve had a positive experience with Dr. Yana. She is professional and attentive. The office staff are also polite, organized, and helpful. Scheduling is smooth, and the overall experience has been pleasant and efficient. I appreciate the level of care and professionalism provided.

Positives: the staff are incredibly friendly and personable. I have a phobia of needles, and nurses were able to help me feel comfortable by giving me water and time to prepare for the blood tests. When I requested a copy of all my test results the staff were quick and efficient, and I even received multiple confirmations through text and email. A+ service on that front. Negatives: I do not trust the doctor herself. I came with a very narrow and specific set of issues that I tried to describe in great detail: location of pain, intensity of pain, type of pain, history of pain, what I thought was the origin; despite all this I feel like the doctor either was not listening to what I was describing or lacked the expertise to narrow down what my issue could be. I had a wonderful experience at this doctor’s office. The clinic is very clean, beautifully designed, and feels welcoming the moment you walk in. The staff are professional and kind, and the whole atmosphere makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend

I am very impressed with the level of service! Everything was organized quickly and efficiently. The staff truly cares about each client. For example, when I needed to have my blood drawn, the nurse explained every step to make sure I felt comfortable, and the procedure was completely painless. I felt like I was in good hands.
