Front desk ladies super sweet and helpful especially the PM manager. My husband seen Dr Ring she has the worse bed side matters being more concerned about me not wearing a mask around my husband who was the one being seen not me. She didn’t even explain what was wrong with him. She spent a good 10 mins telling me what to do about a whole mask Thing. She clearly saw my husband in pain not feeling well needing medical attention. When I finally told her I’m not there for me I’m here for my husband she stopped and an examine less then 2 minutes on him and we were gone. Never again we are going there. I really do appreciate the manager getting him in quickly without an appointment. She did give me the grievance number and did tell me to call them. I would give them one star but because of the f

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this health clinic. The wait time was unreasonably long, and it felt like patient care was not a priority. Even after checking in on time, I waited far longer than expected to be seen, with little communication or concern from the staff. The overall service was poor — staff appeared distracted, unfocused on their duties, rushed, and lacking empathy. I did not feel heard or valued as a patient, and the experience felt more like being processed than actually cared for. The nurses and the Doctor were laughing at the end of the hallway and I could hear them for moment. I highly do not recommend to be seen at this clinic.

❤️‍🩹 Being that patients are seen at Dr Mike’s as not only patients by appointment (which I had), but also accommodates walk in’s as an Urgent care facility, (which I can appreciate); I Was Prepared to wait the average hour to 2 hours needed to be seen, in spite of my having a scheduled appointment. I also filled out the online questionnaire prior to my appointment, which I very much appreciated. Though the facility is sadly worn & dated, it served its purpose. Since my appointed Dr was surprisingly unavailable, I was seen by a NP (Nurse Practitioner) who was very professional, confirmed my UTI needed further treatment, discussed other issues of concern, & made the appropriate referrals🙏. I left there relieved that the my expectations were met by an Urgent care facility and a competent st

This clinic doesn’t even deserve a 1 Star!! I came with my mom who smashed her fingers in the car door. Came at 807pm , online it says open until 9pm. Saw 2 cars in the parking lot with 1 patient in the waiting room. The receptionist asked what insurance do we have , when I said medical . She said they don’t take it and I said it’s IEHP, she said unfortunately they are FULLYBOOK for the night !!! I argued that it says open until 9pm but both receptionists up front said they have too many patients inside already and the providers will not be able to see all of them by 9pm. I said you guys should turn the sign to CLOSE because you are refusing to see patients already due to capacity !! It doesn’t make sense . I read so many BAD reviews on this place but to see it myself was pretty telling

The NP on site said I had strep throat. Okay cool. Take the antibiotics for 3 days. Nothing helping, i go to desert valley and they xray me and check and see its pneumonia. Do NOT come here to dr Mike.
