I met dental assistant Lauren, Dr. Williams & Dr. Stein on my initial visit. Two full sets of xrays were taken so that they could make a fully-informed diagnosis. They were helpful on the cost of the xrays since my insurance will only cover them every 5 years (crazy!). They were personable, professional and thorough, even though the office was VERY busy at the time. With a mouth-full of large silver fillings, I was not surprised to learn that I needed a couple of root canals & crowns. I am waiting just a bit before doing them because the discomfort is mild...but I will go back in a few months after my cleaning in October to have them done. They accept my insurance, and most places don't...so the cost is reasonable. For all of the negative reviewers...Have you ever had a good dental

I've always had a wonderful (as wonderful as the dentist can be) visit with Smilebuilders. The hygienists are very friendly and give helpful tips on how to keep your teeth great. The experience in the chair is great, you're given control over your own TV and some chairs (maybe all) have a massage feature.

Smilebuilderz : Mansoor, Madani SMILEBUILDERZ is the WORST dental experience I have had as well. I had a large amount of teeth extracted 20+.. i have always had a severe fear of the dentist and dental pain + i have PTSD. First of all i was told i would be put to sleep which is what i wanted. i did NOT want to know or feel what was being done..Well the day of the procedure they wait till im in the chair and hooked to everything to tell me they are NOT going to put me to sleep because of my weight/height and that they are only going to lightly Sedate me and use Novacaine.well i am about 350 but dont Doctors put 600lb people to sleep for Gastric BP sugery ?? & i would have signed any paper relieving SMILEBUILDERZ of any respnsibility if they had put me under and something went wrong. SO As

Absolutely enjoyed my time I spent there for my appointment, the relaxing massage chairs for the patients and the flat-screen tv's (which at the time were down) but honestly, I didn't have a care in the world considering the massage I was in the middle of was just hitting the right spot on my back !! ANYHOW the staff, and just everyone in general seemed up-beat and happy, with smiles from ear to ear making the establishment give off a feeling of warmth and welcome to anyone who enters. Overall I give it a 9.5. :D

Gotta say, I too am in disbelief that I've just read some of these horrific reviews. I am hoping all the negativity proves false for my family and the experiences we are planning to undergo. 1st visit was the most pleasant, warm, and welcoming experience I could have never imagined... We were early and got seen early... we were very impressed by the way we were treated by the hygienist (Jessie) and the time she and the doctor (Dr. Eagles) spent going over the various issues and their treatment plan for our 11 y/o daughter. Again, hopefully things don't go the way some have indicated they might but for now, A++++ all around !!
