The worst dental experience I’ve ever had, I scheduled a cleaning, and I was told I have to wait an additional 2 weeks for my insurance to process their claim. Instead of cleaning my teeth as scheduled, they did x-ray that amounted to a $1000+ bill. Do not go here unless your interested in being scammed! UPDATE: If you want to be name called by a facility for miscommunication, this is your place! I have no incentive to lie about anything. I can rest my case in regards to professionalism because I am literally being cursed out per the owners response. The only “bullshit” is the level of unprofessional by this facility. I’ve been coming to this office for two years and have never met the actual dentist. Everything is done by the assistant. My recent cleaning was terrible — they only polished my teeth without removing any plaque. When I asked why, they told me I needed a deep cleaning, even though I’ve been told elsewhere that a regular cleaning was sufficient. I’m starting to believe they may be running an insurance scam by pushing unnecessary deep cleanings. While the office itself is clean, the service is absolutely horrible. I wouldn’t even take my dog here.
