DP Pediatrics

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I usually see Dr. Deshmukh, who is thorough and compassionate with her patients. Unfortunately, I was seen by Dr. Shukla this time, and the difference was night and day. Dr. Shukla was dismissive of my symptoms, brushing off my concerns despite my chest pain, persistent coughing, and extreme fatigue. It’s hard to understand how she could downplay these issues. When I politely requested a doctor’s note, she was visibly surprised, which only added to my frustration. I’ve had better care elsewhere, and after this visit, I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning. Disheartening, to say the least.

Was supposed to send a prescription to the pharmacy two weeks ago for my anemic child. After repeated phone calls to resolve the issue, nothing was done. Went to the office myself to ask why the script wasn’t called in yet. I was told the doctor was too busy to call it in that she will call it in when she’s not busy anymore. The script still hasn’t been called into the pharmacy. I’d avoid going to doctors who overbook constantly and can’t keep up with their jobs

Idk what the bad reviews are about. I have been coming here for 10 years with both of my kids. All the doctors are great, the same lady at the front desk has been answering the phone for a long time and is always so kind and helps me get on ASAP. The doctors call back after hours, they have even seen my child on a day that they weren’t usually available. They have also done FaceTime to help me with my next steps. The doctors here are kind and caring and have taken a lot of time in answering my questions and helping me move forward with the best treatment plan. I would recommend this doctors office.

I went here as a child, loved them (I was a crabby kid took my mother a while to find a doctor that I liked). Now at 32 I have my own daughter and this doctor office came to mind. Not really a long wait considering it is a doctors office. The staff has always been very friendly. I had an issue with my daughter insurance I had no idea until her appointment, they still saw her and billed me at a later date. They don't make you give any shots until you looked over or if you felt uncomfortable with a certain one. Can't complain about their service.

I came to my appointment for my daughter as a new patient. I hated the way they judge me as a new patient. To top it all off they were very rude and unprofessional and speaking Hindu in the office when someone asked them a question. I recommended you go to a different facility.
