Downtown Medical Associates

My doctor is Baryerlis Horne she is the best. I never had a doctor that would listen to you about your problems but she does. I really like her I hope I can keep her and hope she stays.

Some of these reviews are older, so perhaps there have been changes. I followed my PCP from Dartmouth Hitchcock to Downtown Medical/SNHU as he’s the most thorough and kindest PCP I’ve ever had. My review here is for the office staff who’ve all been responsive, professional and friendly. I’ve been able to get same/next day appointments for urgent situations.

I've been a patient for years and sadly watched this practice deteriorate to the point of embarrassment. The merger of multiple offices has created a system where you are nothing more than a number. Making appointments, refilling prescriptions and interacting with the office over the phone is akin to speaking with the MA RMV office - phone trees, consistent wait times and no availability when speaking to a receptionist. Looking for a physical? Try 6-12 months from now. Can't commit that far out? No way to keep you on notification for a cancellation, so take what we give you and if you miss it you can go to the back of the line...
