I can't thank Dr. Bourgeois and Suzanne, the Office Manager, enough for how they treated me. Their professionalism, empathy, flexibility, kindness, and willingness to accommodate my unique needs was extraordinary. I was referred here by a friend who makes a 3.5 hour round trip to see Dr. Bourgeois. She referred to him as a "Godsend" and she was right. It is really quite rare to have such a positive experience with EVERYONE in a medical practice. I highly recommend this practice and would never go elsewhere.

Dr. Keith A. Bourgeois (Retina & Vitreous Specialist) is a gifted eye doctor. He is caring and very thorough. Has a kind staff and the music is great in the clinic!

They ALL make one feel so welcome and important - and it is genuine. I have been with them for 10 years now. When I moved a distance away I got poor service and ran back to them. I now drive 90 minutes each way to be a part of this great team - and they are a team - that cares for each and everyone. My problem is wet macular degeneration and they have it under control - or I would be blind today.

Everyone of his staff are so nice and friendly. Doctor Bourgeois ( I think that is how you spell it). Dr Keith is so very nice and takes all the time you need and answers all your questions. I don’t think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes to be seen. Super Super Super

No solid answers from my doctor, Slowly but surely im going more & more blind. All i get is a bunch of hypothetical scenarios, Make up your mind already! During these past 5months my vision has worsened, and all you can say is for me to take melatonin to cure my blindness. Yes there are studies, but what are you going to do to help me? You get your money, but my eye is getting worser by your indecisiveness.
