I love love love Downtown Drug Pharmacy and would never go anywhere else, they are all so nice and Jason is the best, super cool store with all kinds of other cool items to buy. Jason and his team are the so polite and kind and I always feel welcome.

ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have been using Downtown drug as a pharmacy for a few years. Up until recently I have very much enjoyed using this business as a place to get my medications and more. It used to be a convenient, easy and welcoming place to get my prescriptions filled. Unfortunately, in the past five months or so I have noticed a huge decline in the pharmacy department. I can say that I now dread walking into Downtown Drug to get my prescriptions refilled. Every time I go in to get my medications there is always some sort of issue or mistake. The staff always seems very incompetent and confused. I have been prescribed the wrong medication multiple times after asking them to make note of my correct medication. And every time there is an issue there is no explanation

I have been a customer at Downtown Drug for 25+ years. I loved going there for my prescriptions. Margie, Bridget and the whole crew were so kind, friendly and on top of things. A few years ago, Jason bought the business and everything changed for the worse. It’s all business, impersonal and mistakes are made with no acknowledgement or apology. To protect my health, I am sad to have to change pharmacies.

Downtown Drug is the BEST! They are 1000% easier to deal with than most of the other big box pharmacies in the area! My prescriptions cost maybe $5 more, but I will gladly pay that for life if it means prompt refills (same day vs. 2-3 days at the big box pharmacies) and excellent customer service! And I get to shop local 😃 The switch was even super easy, just called Jason and he took care of everything.
