I visited Downtown Dentists for my cleaning and dental exam. My Dental hygienist was incredible and Dr. Pagel very knowledgeable and thorough. I love the cleanliness and the professional environment. Doctors Pagel, Albers and Lyons are incredible and they deliver high quality of dental and implant care. The team is so friendly you feel like you are family there.

I have been Dr. Betty Albers’ patient for over 35 years. She is, by far, the best dentist I have ever had. She is smart, kind, professional and personable. Aside from the professional relationship, we have developed a very close and personal friendship. Her staff is exemplary. Betty is top notch and I recommend her highly.

Betty Albers is great! I have been coming to Downtown Dentist for many years and have had several different types of procedures done - including fillings, a root canal and several crowns. I have never had a single issue with anything. Dr. Albers is very meticulous and knowledgeable. And a really fun person! Everyone at this office is great at what they do. Highly recommend!

Dr Pagel, Dr Lyons, and downtown dentist office staff are super nice. Always professional, attentive, friendly, and encouraging. I’ve been with the office for over ten years and really enjoy working with the team. I’ve had two implants done at the the office, and they work really well. In particular, I like the way Dr. Pagel explains any decision making process (I always want to know why and how), and my hygienist Marcie is the best! She shared so many tips of teeth cleaning with me and always encourages me to do a good job at home. I genuinely like the office, thank you all!
