Best customer service! I called first and talked to the woman at the front desk and she answered all of my questions and was so nice. My daughter had some cavities and I wasn't comfortable with her previous dentist so I now drive from Antioch just to come here. Firstly the office is completely clean and sanitary. Great customer service I know they're more of an adult dentist office but they did great with my 4yo daughter! The dentist was very thorough and you can tell she really knows so much and cares about your teeth. She gave us homework even down to the snacks my daughter eats and what kind of floss to use. I was impressed, I will be bringing my entire family here.

This may have been the worst dental experience of my life. The receptionist Candice was wonderful, so nice and helpful, I was actually looking forward to it. And then, I got some serious bad vibes from the dentist and her assistant, I don't even know what her name is. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. And she seemed to berate me for having gum disease. BTW, which is how I found out that I had gum disease. Not cool! I went in for a loose tooth and some consultation, I haven't been to the dentist since before for the pandemic, and I knew I had some issues. I was then told I should have ALL of the teeth in my mouth removed and get full dentures. It felt like a weird scam. Definitely getting a second opinion. I will update this review once I have it. Professional and customer service at its finest. Receptionist is exceptional. The doctor took the time to listen and answer all my questions. She explained every procedure and took the time to ensure I was comfortable every step of the way. If you are looking for a great dental office to make you feel at ease this is the place. The reception area is a little small but the staff and doctor make up in quality service.

I have really bad anxiety about the dentist so this is the only place ill go. I love them so much here, they really go all the way to make sure you're comfortable. <3
