Downstate Pediatric Associates

I would give this place a 0 star if I was able to. I traveled a half hour to get to dr.sharon glick.After being impossible to make an appointment we finally got through to someone and when we finally arrive there they say we don't have an appointment?!?!! What the hellll waste my time my husband and took off my kids from school!!! Shame on you worst experience ever !!!!!

The front desk and people who answer the phones are rude, argumentative, silly and petty, the front desk is poorly run and twice now they have wasted my money and time. We stayed here for 15 months because of its proximity to SUNY Downstate Hospital, Dr Manopla and the nurse Ms Brown, but today I had enough. They cancelled my daughter's wellcheck appointment that was scheduled for today - which was already delayed two weeks because Dr Manopla's wife was having a baby - because of Rosh Hashana, and did not tell me. I took off work and hailed an Uber to get there, and back home. The woman at the front desk proceeded to try to argue with me about having sent a text! A TEXT!!! I did not receive a text. My daughter been going here ever since she was born. Dr. Hanono have you waiting over an hour to be seen even with an appointment. They receptionist staff are very friendly but once you seen it's like they rush your examination. Doctor calls out alot too. Definitely wont be coming here anymore.

Today I call because to speak to my son’s doctor because my son has a disability and VANESSA what ever her name is was very rude to me and this is not the first time .... she need to have some respect for other people... if it’s not for us girl you won’t have a job so have some respect....Smh if anything happens to my son I will never forgive y’all because I call and ask Vanessa if she can have DR .Dottner please give me a call n she say No... I even ask if it’s a number I can call she said no as well.
