I recently changed my 9m doctor to Dr rosemary, first visit was with a PA who let me know I’ll meet her next visit. I was given a bunch of referrals when we came for the follow up Dr Rosemary seen to not be privy on ANY information from the first visit. I wasn’t asked about the list of specialist I was referred to, due to being born in NICU my son was a having a delayed circumcision to which she opposed to clearing him for due to her own PERSONAL opinions on the surgery. She cleared him with a nasty attitude let me know if anything was to happen it would be my fault, she kept referring to me as THAT lady and didn’t even hand me the clearance she threw it in my babies stroller as I was holding him on the exam room bed. She clearly is use to a demographic that she must of ASSUMED I was part

I read the reviews on this office when I just had my daughter a year ago and the one thing that made me not take my daughter there for her first check up after leaving the hospital was the wait time. But since then because i live in the neighborhood i decided to give it a chance, my sister in law took my niece and nephews to this office when she lived in NY, and I'm happy I went. In my personal experience the wait time has not been as terrible as the reviews say. As far as cleanliness I haven't witnessed anything, the exam rooms are clean. I have been bringing my child here since her one month check up, I like Dr. Jackson she's very pleasant, and professional, and so far I have no complaints about the staff. I work in the medical field so I know there are times your wait time will be long,

Love this medical office been taking my children here for 12 years! Always given reliable information for my children when they sick or I have questions. It can be busy but always worth the wait.

Honestly Ms,Jackson is amazing…she have stuff at the front desks is very unprofessional and rude….
