When we had to say goodbye to our sweet yellow lab, we knew Dr. Hill was the perfect person for the job. Sam was old - Santa brought him for my daughter 15 years ago. Dr. Hill was incredibly compassionate and explained ever step. My now adult daughter got to stay with him as long as she wanted before the procedure. When they did the injection, my daughter pet him and we all she’d a few tears. We were all welcomed to stay with Sam as long as we wanted. When my daughter was ready to say goodbye, we went outside and waited about 15 minutes. We knew we wanted to bury Sam on our farm, they presented Sam to us in a durable and very nice looking white “body bag”. It was beautiful to know he wouldn’t just be in a trash bag. Lori and her staff are fantastic with my neurotic pets and their neurotic mom. ;) She’s been basically part of the family for a decade and then some. We don’t go anywhere else.

Takes them forever to come into the room. If your animal is in distress. They will charge you more money. This has to be the most Incompetent vet office ever. They make up charges as they go. They do for inform you of charges until services are done.
