Dr. New has provided excellent patient care. I have been a patient for 5+ years and he has treated several spots for me. He is very approachable and knowledgeable.- on behalf on my father, Ralph Maggard.

My husband was seen at the HMG Urgent Care two weeks ago for a rash, he was given two prescriptions, but as soon as he finished the medication the rash came back worse than ever. I called this office for an appointment as advised by the Dr. at the Urgent Care… only to be told “Dr. New doesn’t see private pay patients”. We are members of a Medical Share Program and have always paid our bills up front at office visits and then get reimbursed by our MSP, but he was not even able to get an appointment with this office because we didn’t have Health Insurance. This is exactly what is wrong with our Healthcare System! I guess it is clear to see why this Dr. went into dermatology. True patient care is a thing of the past!

Dr. New is a very polite and professional doctor. My daughter had to see him today and she was so nervous about a place on her neck that needed to be looked at but, Dr. New and his nurse were overall just great with her and she felt more relaxed about the procedure and everything. Would recommend him if you need a dermatologist visit.

Always have a good experience during my office visits. Dr. New always explains things thoroughly. I’ve had several spots removed, and he’s done them in office. When there have been no concerns, my appointment takes less than 30-40 minutes total including wait time.

Most rude and uncaring doctor I have been to. I finally was diagnosed and prescribed with a medication that actually worked before seeing Dr. New and he told my family doctor to not give me samples of the $22,000 shot. Thanks Dr. New, if I had your undeserving salary, I guess I could afford my medication but now my next shot is due tomorrow and I not only have no medicine but also don't even a doctors appointment.
