Came in today to receive my Covid vaccination. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the wait time was non-existent, and they took great care to answer any questions I could have had. While waiting to see if I would have any reaction they again were happy to answer questions. I spent a little time looking around the pharmacy and realized that they have a lot of different medications that I've been ordering online. Price is seemed extremely reasonable too. All in all a very good experience.

This pharmacy is very professional! They have remarkable customer service skills. I love going because I look forward to seeing their smiles and having my medicine ready when I arrive. If it’s any indication of a problem they call and discuss what can be expected beforehand. The pharmacy is always flawless this means so much. Outstanding services!

I exclusively use True Pharmacy for all of my pharmaceutical needs. They are the nicest people, plus, their knowledge added to their enthusiastic approach to communicating with their clients is second to none. For instance, the pharmacist called my doc and me, to advise me not to take a prescription that I had, as long as I was taking another medicine. That could have caused me much pain and aggravation. I also employ their pharmacy delivery. It is spot on for delivery times and the young man who does the deliveries is so polite, kind and professional. True Pharmacy also called me yesterday, to wish me a happy birthday. Now, that is customer care.

I can't say enough about how great this pharmacy is. Customer service is top-notch and Tyler and his associates always go above and beyond to help with anything we need. The pill packs that they send to my mom have been a life saver. With her advanced age and tendency to forget and get confused the simplicity of having her medicines pre-packaged are invaluable. Her Lupus doctor that she has seen for over 15 years told me today that he has never seen her Lupus in better condition. I believe this is 100% due to the pill packs she gets from True Pharmacy that help her manage her medications. If you're looking for an amazing local pharmacy, look no further, you found it :)

True pharmacy is the place to go. They were able to fill a walk-in prescription within minutes. Tyler was extremely accommodating with all of my questions and made sure I understood my prescription. I’ll definitely be coming here again.
