I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful doctor in Dr. Josephine. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Josephine is truly exceptional – professional, kind, and attentive. She takes the time to listen and always makes sure I feel comfortable with any treatment or plan of action. The support staff is just as amazing! Nathalie, Nolna, and Semone are always so friendly, caring, and helpful. They go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience, and it’s clear they all genuinely care about their patients. This is, hands down, the best medical team I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I’m beyond thankful for Dr. Josephine and the entire staff for their support and kindness. Highly recommend!

Had my first appointment and the check-in process was very simple and streamlined. Ms. Nathalie Zamor, the receptionist, was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made the whole process smooth and welcoming. Had a great experience with my PCP, Dr. Josephine. She explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood each detail. She was so welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely helpful throughout the visit. She made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I truly appreciated her care and communication! I had a great experience during my visit. Kassim, the PA, was extremely informative and knowledgeable — he took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. Semone at the front desk did an excellent job with intake and was very patient when calling my name, especially since I had my headphones on and didn’t hear her right away. Ginelli, who drew my blood, was gentle, professional, and made the process comfortable with great conversation. Overall, the entire team made my visit pleasant and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Chase and Cristelle were very helpful and easy to speak with. I didn't mind the wait as they made me as comfortable as possible, and were super helpful before I was seen. My appointment was at 12 and I was out and done by 2pm. Ufeta was knowledgable and very helpful. She was easy to talk with as well. I appreciate that my doctors and staff looked like me, so I truly felt seen. Everyone was warm and helpful. I would definitely continue to receive services here.
