I always feel so taken care of when I need it most. From the friendly and helpful staff, to the quality and cleanliness of the facility and all the services available I know I'm going to be well taken care. I come from Texas so it's important to me to have a hometown vibe and feel welcomed not just seen as a patient.I recently had a massage with Tony at the rehabilitation center and I would highly recommend him. I had some tightness in my upper body I had addressed with him and his attention to detail soothed and I felt refreshed after. Bravo 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿 Tony I will definitely be back.coi

Great experience so far. The therapist was attentive, listened carefully, and explained all tests and exercises clearly. Very thorough, encouraging, and professional with an excellent bedside manner. It’s too soon to judge results, but I feel confident I’m in good hands.

I have been treated extremely well and with respect by all of the personnel at Door County Medical. I’m from Texas so I tend to have questions. Sometimes I have to go weekly and sometimes I can wait 6 weeks. The staff never fails to amaze me at how helpful and knowledgeable they are. Their smiles are always warm and welcoming, which makes people like me feel comfortable going to DCMC.

The new facility in SisterBay is large, well-appointed and comfortable. The people working there are the same- welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. The hospital in Sturgeon Bay warm & welcoming. Unfortunately, we have spent much of the past year at both locations and have felt we were in good hands, with caring professionals in a calm environment. Both locations are beautifully decorated for the holidays which just reinforces the feeling of careful & respectful attention to detail in a comforting setting.

My knee replacement was a fabulous experience from start to finish. The pre-op preparation was thorough and helpful. I came into to the surgery fully prepared. Surgery day was amazing. The nurses and doctors were kind, I’m competent and an absolute delight to work with. They did such a great job that I’ve had very little post-op pain and stated exceeding motion goals after two days. I can not find enough good things to say about them.
